The company is a privately held company engaged in the wholesale of pharmaceutical goods. The registered head office of the company is located in Rubi, Spain. The company is a company established by Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim and Novartis to concentrate their nationwide logistic operations for their pharmaceutical finished products. The company started its activities in June 2000 with the aim of becoming a leading company in the pharmaceutical distribution field by fulfilling four targets: a very efficient organization with processes that guarantee total quality, based on a very professional, sensitive and well trained team of people; customer service orientation; add value to its customers; and enhance the strategic positioning in its market.
